Update (My eyes watering, LOL) He said “she use to be in the club dancing to make it rain”, they don’t make it rain in the club “anymore”.
1 – 800 save a bitch. For just 18 dollars a month. Take it in the face bracelet.
“I am trying save these bitches, I’ll call you back son”.
Basically this video sums up the BWE movement.
Anyway, I am working on my new post. I ain’t forget about everybody!
Lastly, will you be an Angel, that’s all I am going to say to everyone.
I am out man!
(Lighting my cigar) You know I had to do it man. Jamaica Queens, Mr Cheeks and LB Fam. Actually my “cousins” on my father side.
I love this video because this is where I grew up. I miss NYC sometimes. Despite the ongoing civil war with black women. I really had a good childhood growing up in Jamaica Queens. Obviously, things have changed dramatically. Minority women, in particular black and Hispanic women feel abandoned and alone with their kids for their piss poor decisions in men.
Now we ALL have to suffer for their piss poor decisions in men.
“Good things always come to end”.
Aw man lol, He got him a Puerto Rican chick and a Black Chick. Trust me man, that is a disaster waiting to happen.
The title is self explanatory man. Sorry for the delay in writing. Shout out to Rocky for making a cameo on my blog. What’s up to London too. Airforce guy you have done a lot for this blog. You have kept the conversation going.
Obviously, with my hectic schedule with school and work. I haven’t written at the usual pace that I am used too. I was watching the Whitney Houston funeral. It was a good service. I was sort of surprised R Kelly was singing. He was respectful. I thought he sung with emotion period.
Actually CECE Winans can just flat out sing period. It is damn shame she never get the credit she deserves. As for the pastor, promoting himself at Whitney’s funeral. Obviously, you can’t avoid the “coon shit” sometimes. After awhile it felt like a Marvin Winans concert or something. Somewhere along the line Whitney was used for promoting Albums and churches. I was a bit “turned off” towards the end of the funeral service.
Lastly, you wouldn’t let Bobby Brown speak at his own ex wife funeral. Yet you let R Kelly sing!!!!!
WTF is going on here! If it was me, I am coming on stage, fuck that shit!
I decided to release Blog Cocaine. This will put this whole NY Times article in perspective. I never realized that people are not even marrying. Until I heard a talk radio show host talking about there are more people living alone than with a family or spouse. Basically, there are more and more women having out of wedlock children across all racial groups of women. Now its a crisis because the precious white woman is not getting married.
I always tell people this, eventually you will run out of “simps” to finance your superficial pathetic lifestyle. Men eventually wise up at the end of the day. This is part of the problem with the BWE. They were outwardly saying they wanted to simp a white man out of his shoes for his money. They had the Caribbean cruises planned out. They had the house with the 2 dogs and the cocoa puff kids running around all planned out.
After receiving a hard slap by white men. Now they got to reevaluate the “movement”. Okay the white men are rejecting me, uh let me reevaluate the BWE movement. Wait, I am actually not in the BWE movement anymore. LOL The sheer fuckery of the whole thing was laughable.
To be honest with you, when the BWE movement crumbled in the 4 quarter with Chrissylyn missing the 3 point shot. There wasn’t a reason to keep going after that. The movement is currently fractured. Evia is irrelevant at this point. Jamila is rambling about slavery via implication black men are “stopping them from being with white men like an slave overseer”. Yeah we were making laws outlawing interracial dating up until the 1960s. Yeah that was us! Yea we were the ones hanging white men from trees from whistling at a black woman! Yep, we did all of that.
This is how sick white society is. They actually had you drink out of a water fountain labeled “black”. They said “you got to sit in the back of the bus”. They said no no, here you go , you can have this low paying job because you are black. You saw the Iowa article about discrimination.
Look at this
http://blogs.desmoinesregister.com/dmr/index.php/2012/02/20/naacp-iowa-lawsuit-would-be-a-last-resort-but-possible/
http://www.timesunion.com/business/article/Denied-jobs-blacks-in-Iowa-test-new-bias-theory-3338248.php
In a case closely watched by civil rights activists, an Iowa judge will soon decide whether to grant thousands of black employees and job applicants monetary damages for hiring practices used by Iowa state government that they say have disadvantaged them.
Experts say the case is the largest class-action lawsuit of its kind against an entire state government’s civil service system, and tests a legal theory that social science and statistics alone can prove widespread discrimination.
The plaintiffs — up to 6,000 African-Americans passed over for state jobs and promotions dating back to 2003 — do not say they faced overt racism or discriminatory hiring tests in Iowa, a state that is 91 percent white. Instead, their lawyers argue that managers subconsciously favored whites across state government, leaving blacks at a disadvantage in decisions over who got interviewed, hired and promoted.
Jamila is a smart woman, I really don’t know if her unemployment is affecting her brain or she just ran out of things to say.
Thanks to Airforce guy for telling me about the NYT article. I didn’t realize that marriage was fading until I heard a white woman on the news panicked stricken about men not marrying them. This brings me to the NY Times Article….
Let’s get into the article.
———————————————————————————-
Young Mothers Describe Marriage’s Fading Allure
LORAIN, Ohio — Marriage has lost its luster in Lorain, Ohio.
Sixty-three percent of all births to women under 30 in Lorain County occur outside marriage, according to Child Trends, a research center in Washington. That figure has risen by more than two-thirds over the past two decades, and now surpasses the national figure of 53 percent.
The change has transformed life in Lorain, a ragged industrial town on Lake Erie. Churches perform fewer weddings. Applications for marriage licenses are down by a third. Just a tenth of the students at the local community college are married, but its campus has a bustling day care center.
The New York Times interviewed several dozen people in Lorain about marriage here. What follows are their stories.
Young parents spoke of an economy that was fundamentally different from in their parents’ time, and that required more than a high school education for fathers to be stable breadwinners. They talked of how little they trusted each other to be reliable mates, and of how the government safety net encourages poor parents to stay single.
Tony Cruz, a father of two, has felt the effects of Lorain’s economic decline first hand. His father, a high school graduate, worked at a steel plant and provided middle-class trappings like a house and a car for his family. Mr. Cruz, 31, with the same level of education, has done mostly seasonal work in construction and repair, as factory jobs, far fewer than in his father’s day, have been hard to come by.
Now unemployed, he is taking a class at Lorain County Community College, whose main campus is in nearby Elyria. Mr. Cruz, who has never married, got custody of his children after their mother developed a drug habit. He spends his days driving them to school and his girlfriend — who is not their mother — to her job at a flower shop.
“You feel really low when you can’t help your family out,” Mr. Cruz said. He said he would not consider working in a fast food restaurant or a store because the wages are much lower than in construction.
Joblessness and run-ins with the law are so prevalent among young men in Lorain that many women interviewed said they had given up on finding a suitable mate. Angel Ives, a nursing student at the community college, said she did not want to bring another man into her family after her daughter’s father, a groundskeeper for sports fields, was jailed on assault charges. Ms. Ives, 32, works in a nursing home while attending college, and said she was too tired to date. She jokes that her idea of a perfect suitor is someone who will come to her house to baby-sit while she naps.
“A baby makes a woman grow up, but not a man,” she said. “I can’t imagine ever depending on a man. I don’t trust them.”
Older residents blamed the decline in marriage on government aid. Mary Grasso, a retired sweet shop owner, said men had stopped taking responsibility for their children because the state had stepped in with safety net programs. Ms. Grasso, 70, experienced the decline in weddings directly: Wedding cake orders fell by half during the 30-plus years she was in business.
“It’s too easy for them,” she said of young people. “There are no restrictions anymore. And we are taking care of all of these children.”
Many women described a lifestyle of dating in which relationships sometimes resulted in children, but less often in fathers deeply involved in their families. Judge David Basinski of Lorain County Domestic Relations Court, in Elyria, said he recently had a case in which a man who had nine children by six women owed $55,000 in back child support. Child support cases have become so common among unmarried parents that the court now gives seminars on parental responsibilities.
“For a long time I believed it was happening among people who didn’t have that much money,” he said of the trend toward births outside marriage. “But now we are moving to a much broader category.”
Several married people who were interviewed said they had wed later in life, often after having children. Pamela Noble-Garner, a nursing home worker who is taking stenography classes at the community college, said she married for the first time at age 37, years after having two children by two men. Her husband, a prison guard, is involved in the lives of his own previous children, a quality that drew her to him. Ms. Noble-Garner, who grew up as one of six siblings in a household run by a single mother, said her father was rarely in her life, an absence she regrets
“We can all stick our chests out and say, ‘We don’t need no man to raise our babies,’ ” Ms. Noble-Garner said. “I would honestly tell them, ‘Honey, yes you do. You might not need him financially, but your baby needs a father.’

Hold on, she said the perfect date is a man to come over and babysit??
BITCH YOU HIGH OR SOMETHING! WHY WOULD A MAN BABYSIT KIDS THAT ARE NOT HIS??????
Seriously, I heard a couple black women tell black men ” pay for a babysitter so we can go out”.
‘Uh”? Yeah I got a babysitter “my Uncle Junebug, he smokes though”. Usually they hang up after that.
WTF is wrong with you, men ain’t supposed to get a babysitter. If you can’t date just say so. Stop wasting Negros times with your lame bullshit!
Do we look like Will Smith’s Butler from Fresh Prince of Bel Air?????
(Sigh) But this is what minority woemn was saying all along though. They ain’t need no man. We got the rainbeau (who is not present either).
Listen man, the hard truth is most women are becoming less and less marriage material. I had this argument with my ex in PA and on the phone.
She was like ” you need to cook for yourself”. I said “cook for myself”? If I wanted to cook for myself ” I wouldn’t need your ass”. What I need you for? For sex, I can get sex no problem. I work 50 hours a week, 40 hours actually, and I go to college. WTF do you do?
You sleep all day, you ain’t hold a job, or none of that. Now I got to cook and clean for myself as well. Fuck you, I hung up on her punk ass.
I am 33 years old, I don’t got to be nice or anything. You ain’t bringing shit to the table for me to respect you like that.
Hard working black women like Mrs Kitty, Kigali, La Reyna. They are able to get mates because they bring something to the table.
What you got is a segment of women that rather lay on their back waiting for a man to trick on them. That is why they send there ass, vagina and titty pics to any man with resources. They think its cute. The man just looks at you as a damn slut. They won’t come out and say it.
I will come and say it. See, I ain’t even got to be mean about it. I go along with the bullshit. If you are going to show me your ass and tits. I will play that game. I won’t settle down with her though.
Men usually marry the opposite of a slut. In most cases, they marry the total opposite of what they lust after. Yeah your wife has to be attractive and somewhat freaky. However, she has to be the overall package.
I am not giving no black woman advice on how to get married. I will let them figure out what they are doing wrong. I already know what they are doing wrong. Since they got various blogs devoted to marriage and rainbeaus. I am pretty sure they will figure out the puzzle down the road.
I am out

Wow, this has to be your best post yet Mr Queens. You told the truth in this one. Real Talk, I think the stats for marriage will continue to fall even further. Men are wising up. Why should a man who’s played by the rules and busted his ass for everything he has, have to pay for something these women were giving away for free to the thugs, players and pimps.
BTW, brotha TJ Sotomayor went off on these chickenhead women out here. You gotta watch this video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uHeJ2oOxKmk&feature=player_embedded
Bananas… Women expecting men to take care & raise of their OO previous relationship children… Dead wrong & OOPocket
I’m sure men who do not realize their worth & desperate for some (single mother) P***y would go for it for a moment… But it is a overall fail all around… Bananas…
When it comes to single moms, and the fat/old/ugly women in my life… They gotta pay if they want to entertain me… Bananas…
I am with you LQ, these single moms (WW included) & minority women have to find their way… The information is out there… But they are still clueless…
Great post MrLQ, really appreciating your tell it like it is approach to these things. What on earth is happening to the sanctity of marriage?
I just checked out a certain female’s empowerment blog, and she’s done made multiple videos openly flirting with some English dude! And this is the image of a happily married lady with 4 kids? By the way, her wedding ring must’ve fell down the kitchen sink, cuz it was NO-WHERE-IN-SIGHT!
Both men and women are loose in these end times. I still say it’s better to be known as a square, with one man, then a harlot who is employed by the juke joints. I still wish though, that MLQ had answered my question last time, that was a serious/legit question. I also know who you’re talking about Mary. I visit her site everyday, and in the back of my mind I was thinking the same thing. She surely is quite friendly and flirtatious with men(other than her husband). She appears to mean well, and has a very comfortable lifestyle.
I don’t think she means well at all. She is misleading those gullible black women into believing that they can get what she has. She does not care about black women,as in real life her closest female friends are NOT black. It is kind of odd that a woman who claims to love herself as a black woman and love other black women as sisters counts non-black women as her closest friends. I guess she believes in loving BW from a distance.
She does seem to have a comfortable life and I don’t have a problem with that. But she is an exception, not the rule. She is completely oblivious to what is going on in the real world. Most white men cannot afford to provide a comfortable life for a family of six all on their own.
Many white women are working not because they want to, but because they have to. Their family’s standard of living would fall drastically if she did not work. I know one white woman who went back to work three weeks after having her baby because the family needed her full income. She wanted to stay home but her doing so would have plunged the family into near poverty even though her husband was working full time.
There is stiff competition for the “good” white men and most black women can’t compete. The clear repudiation of the BWE movement by white men is the latest statistic that shows BW/WM marriages still holding at 9%. The BWE movement started six years ago, more than half a decade. Worshiping white men and bashing black men has not helped BW and I believe it has hurt BW because it makes the typical BW look angry and desperate and wanting a WM only as a provider and a lover of last resort.
She flirts with other WM because she is insecure. She needs to feel validated because she has not gotten over the fact that she is not light skinned with chiseled features.
She and the other BWE bloggers want to perpetuate the myth that WM don’t see color or care about a black woman’s features. Really? Then why are so many BWE followers trying to grow their hair down to their behinds even if it means spending 2 hours per day caring for their hair? Even Khadija urged BW to grow their hair long in order to attract white men. Evia was being honest when she told BW to consider plastic surgery. Evia knows that most BW don’t have a prayer in the world of getting a good white man if they don’t radically alter their African features.
No matter how often white men name Iman, Rihanna, Halle and Beyonce as the black women that they consider attractive, the BWE bloggers will deny that white men care about skin color and facial features. Almost every time I see a WM with a BW, she is always light to medium brown, without distinct West African features. If she is dark, then she has chiseled features like Iman. I don’t see any WM walking around with Alek Wek lookalikes. Last week Jamila did a guest post on said blogger’s site praising Alek Wek’s beauty. What a joke! The only white men who think Alek Wek is attractive are closet gay ones who are attracted to black men.
Gloree,
Welcome back. Exactly! And one other thing, here’s a comment left by a rainbeau from the racist American Renaissance website regarding Black women and IRs in general:
“Words cannot express the disgust I feel when I see the white female-black male combination. I mean her family line essentially ends right there. Her kids will never have the same opportunities that she would have. My cousin is involved in such a relationship. This represents extremely poor parenting on the part of the white family.
Black women, on the other hand, are beyond unattractive. They don’t even compute as female to me. I’ve seen internet stories about how black women have a very hard time finding men to marry them. I don’t pity them.
This is what opened my eyes up and made me a race-realist.
Like Jared Taylor has said, I want to preserve the race. Miscegenation is a crime against your family.”
That’s the sentiment of most wm today. Even if they listed light-skinned and mixed race Black Women as okay-looking, they’re not viewed as equal to White and Asian women according to those wm.
That’s my 2 cents.
La Reyna
@ Mary Jane,
who was this BWE youtuber?
I know who you are talking about.
To be honest with you, Mary Jane lol.
My opinion on the situation. Clearly, she must stay with the guy because his daddy “is a judge”.
I think she is just look for fame and fortune. I didn’t even notice that she left her wedding ring off.
I thought it was rather strange your wife is running around in cocktail dresses on her blog meeting “rainbeaus”.
These guys are soft.
Dear Adonis
It is a culture of entitlement. I had this conversation with my barber in downtown Orlando.
Obviously, I don’t live in a bubble. I try to get feedback from other black men.
My barber said I don’t know man. Not enough marriage material black women.
They rather just give their body and soul to the highest bidder.
My barber said he met a fine woman. He said she looked really nice. In uncertain times she said “she is with men for money”.
He said “You can do better than that”.
My barber speculated that this is all they know.
He was partly right. If you see a majority of women in your community getting by in life using their body in some sort of way. Whether to get attention, or things they need.
You will have a culture of girls thinking this acceptable.
Men are the problem too. We feed the materialistic beast.
We say fat is “thick” and all this other shit. We encourage the shit.
Yo Mr Queens, you gotta check out this video. This black chick has a bone to pick with the “rainbeaus”. lol

More U.S. kids living in high-poverty areas: study
WASHINGTON (Reuters) – Years of economic setbacks have taken their toll on the nation’s youngest residents, with another 1.6 million children living in high-poverty neighborhoods, according to one study that shows nearly 8 million children residing in poor areas in 2010.
In 2000, 6.3 million children lived in high poverty in the United States, a report by the Annie E. Casey Foundation found.
The growth – a 25 percent increase – reverses the trend just a decade ago that saw fewer children living in communities with high poverty rates, according to the nonprofit group.
And three-quarters of those children live in such areas despite having at least one parent working, the study showed.
The findings reflect the hit the U.S. economy took during and after the 2007-2009 recession even as signs now point to steady recovery. The nation’s jobs market has improved, the number of home sales has grown and recent gains on Wall Street have prompted optimism among investors.
“The recession has really set back much of the progress that was made in the 1990s when poverty went down,” Robert Sampson, a professor of social sciences at Harvard University and head of the Social Sciences Program at the Radcliffe Institute for Advanced Study.
Laura Speer, associate director for policy reform and data at the foundation, said the data is a key indicator because the poverty children face growing up can have a direct impact on their success as adults.
“Their families have a harder time providing for basic necessities like good housing, being able to access health insurance and good quality health care,” Speer said. “Kids who attend schools that are in low-income communities … tend to struggle in school in lots of different ways.”
The foundation, which focuses on children and family issues, gathered the data looking at U.S. Census data from 2010, the latest year available.
The study defined high-poverty communities as those areas where 30 percent or more are in poverty, defined by the federal government in 2010 as annual income of less than $22,314 for a family of four.
NEIGHBORHOOD EFFECT UNCLEAR
Still, while many experts say the effects on children and families who themselves are poor is clear, the impact of poor neighborhoods is still an area of debate.
“I think the geographic dimension is less understood or well known,” said Harvard’s Sampson, author of “Great American City: Chicago and the Enduring Neighborhood Effect,” a book based on 10 years of research.
The recession has exacerbated children’s exposure to poverty, and his research shows it can set back their learning the equivalent of a year, he said. That can be difficult to change, Sampson said, and policies need to target both individuals and communities.
“Neighborhoods get locked into the poverty,” he said.
Greg Duncan, an education professor at the University of California, Irvine, said when it comes to “the double whammy of both family poverty and neighborhood poverty” the data is far less clear on the impact of where people live.
“How much that really effects how kids turn out when they are adults – that is still somewhat contentious,” he said.
But, he added, “we worry about both what it means for kids, what it means for the next generation of workers, what it means for the nation’s future prosperity.”
Lawrence Mead, a professor of politics and public policy at New York University, said the rise in children living in poverty is dramatic, but that their environment is less a factor than whether their parents work and whether both parents are at home.
“The environment outside the home doesn’t add a whole,” said Mead, who is also a visiting scholar at the conservative think tank the American Enterprise Institute.
The foundation’s Speer said the effect of living in a poor community varies depending on whether it is in a more isolated rural one or an urban area. Overall, the report found children living in rural areas and large cities were considerably more likely than youth in the suburbs to live in concentrated poverty.
States with the highest rates of children living in poor areas are Mississippi, New Mexico, Louisiana, Texas and Arizona.
Detroit, Cleveland, Miami, Milwaukee, Fresno and Atlanta showed the highest rates of children living in areas of concentrated poverty among the 50 largest U.S. cities.

LOL Aiurforce
They got a bone to pick with the rainbeau.
Hilarious.
Hi La Reyna.
White men are so clear about their dislike for BW that I don’t understand how those BWE bloggers can deny it. The white racist that you quoted from American Renaissance is only expressing what most white people feel inside but are afraid to say in real life.
There is a misconception among BW that white people approve of IR between WW and BM. I know white women who have admitted that the main reason that they don’t approve of IR is because they don’t want their children to have to deal with the hassles of being part black. And I know a few white women with half-black children who regret having children with black men. One of those women has children by both a WM and a BM. It is clear that she loves all of her children but her half-black children have to deal with things that she and her fully white child don’t experience and she is sorry that she did not think about the problems that they would face before having them.
Like the guy from American Renaissance said, half-black children will not have the same opportunities in life as a pure white child. Also, a half-black child will be rejected by most white people and will therefore not be able to embrace a part of his/her identity. Unless a mixed race person looks white (and most of them don’t) they will have to deal with the burdens of being black in America.
Holly Robinson was once engaged to Brian Robbins, a white actor from an old show called “Head of the Class”. After they broke up, she admitted that the reason was because he did not want to have mixed race children. It does not surprise me at all that many white men are willing to date and marry BW later in life, after they have raised their white offspring. White men can tolerate mixed race babies as long as they have their white heirs who will be fully accepted as white by white people.
Mixed race white/Asian kids don’t seem to have much trouble fitting in with white people.
No amount of wishing and bashing will change the fact that white men want their offspring to look like them and to share their culture and status in society. The white men who don’t care about race and color are just too small in number to make a difference in the IR game for BW.
So while we have a large increase in WM who date, have sex with, and even impregnate BW, the marriage rate will not change significantly. Most BW in IR will just have to settle for a non-marital relationship and accept that eventually the white man will move on when he is ready to create his legitimate family.
Gloree,
That’s well put. Even those WNs and WS men in conservative, right-wing, and racialist websites such as American Renaissance accept white male members who are married to nonblack Latina and Asian women. Even some of them accepted Middle Eastern women, but no way they would accept Black or mixed/Black Latina women, no matter how white/nonblack the women are nor their impeccable behavior. That’s a no-no.
White men may mess around with Black women as long as they don’t marry us. That’s the epitome of White privilege and entitlement to me. And yet, the media is telling us to stop being loyal to Black men. Instead, they want us to get with white men instead. That’s not going to happen as long as white supremacy exists around the world and that’s not going to happen due to the racial climate in America. Look at the attacks on Whitney Houston by mainstream media and society as well as attacks on Blacks and nonwhite Latino/as by the GOP/Democratic parties as well as from mainstream society.
Those BWE wishing for a WM better get their heads out of the sand for once.
La Reyna
Gloree,
Just like Prince Albert of Monaco. He’s still married to his Blond dream girl of eight months and is planning to have a kid this year. Think about it.
La Reyna
Prince Albert is a typical white man.
The BWE bloggers want BW to believe what they are told instead of what they see and experience. BWE bloggers want to talk about Richard Loving–who fought all the way to the Supreme Court for the right to marry and live with a black woman–as if he is a typical white man.
Mr loving is not representative of white men. White men like him are rare. Most white men don’t want to be seen on a public date with a black woman, let alone fight to marry one or give up white privilege in order to have a black woman.
I believe that people should be free to marry whomever they want and that government should not interfere. But being free to marry a white man does not mean that it is feasible, or even desirable, for most black women to do so.
I respect Richard Loving for fighting for a black woman but I am not going to pretend that most white men are like him. In fact, I think many white people hate Mr Loving for opening the door to IR marriages between black people and white people. Now so many of them have to watch their daughters having children by black men and losing the respect of white society.
LaReyna,
White men have and always will hold these negative views about black women, despite any changes they are willing to make for them. It is a hard reality that sellout black women can never accept.
Ms. Kitty,
I just want sellout Black women to get their heads out of the sand to face the fact that white men don’t want them period. And yet, I still read and hear the mainstream media, which never gave a darn about Black women, to tell Black women to stop being loyal to Black men, that to get with white men instead, downplaying white men’s negative, often hateful views of Black women, the historical rapes of Black women by white men, etc.
They never tell other women of color to stop being loyal to their men.
They never, ever tell white women to stop being loyal to white men. In fact, they’re celebrated for it every day.
The triple racial standard gets under my skin everytime I read and hear about the reports about “single Black women” or “Black women won’t date/marry out”.
La Reyna
Hi all… It just seems like the BWE bloggers are putting most of the onus on black women to do this and that for an inter racial relationship. All this talk of moving is crazy. The yahoo article about inter racial relationships stated that the movement of blacks to the middle class increased their IR partnership…at least for black men. There are more black women in the middle class. THey should be in those circles for IR mingling but still they are at 9%. What else can black women do? What more is expected of them?
Exactly Kigali.
There is nothing more that BW can do.
Black women have more college degrees than black men. BW already have access to white men through college and employment. The BWE people act as if BW and WM are living on separate planets. If a BW can’t get a white guy to ask her out in NY, then why would she be any more successful in California?
Many BW are working in environments where they may be the only BW or one of only a few BW among whites. And yet the white men still don’t ask them out. Many BW go to colleges where they are far outnumbered by whites and should have more than enough white men to choose from. Yet there is very little IR dating between BW and WM on those campuses.
A white man will marry a white or Hispanic secretary with no college degree before he marries an educated black woman. So education and middle class status has not helped BW in the dating game. And moving won’t make a difference.

Understanding the fall of Bobby And Whitney
Bobby and Whitney Houston Brown are finally breaking up. Are you happy, overjoyed, filled with glee? Another black family bites the dust and all the public does is smurk and say “I told you they wouldn’t last.” Bobby and his wife have been the butt of nearly every cruel and heartless joke ever told. All of us have heard them it got to a point where I just didn’t want to hear it anymore. Why did the public and the media love to hate Bobby and Whitney? What were they doing so wrong that made people crave for their ultimate demise as a couple? Back in 1985 Whitney Houston burst onto the music scene with her self-titled album “Whitney Houston”. Her smash hit single off of that album “you give good love” launched her into Super Stardom. Whitney’s debut album went on to sell over thirteen million copies in the U.S. alone, and twenty-four million copies worldwide. The rest of course is history. Whitney Houston went on to become a household name and a living legend in her own right, she was a “media darling”. Then she went on to marry Bobby Brown in 1992 a former member of the group New Edition and late 80’s r&b superstar. Initially among black Americans the newly weds were well received because both were icons in music at the time. BUT, the mainstream media turned on Whitney instantly. It was as if they were saying that Bobby Brown wasn’t good enough for her. The media immediately started taking their shots at Bobby by calling him a “bad-boy”. Some headlines went so far as to read “Pop-Diva weds R&B Bad Boy. What they really wanted to say was that Bobby was too black and too ghetto to have captured the heart of their new Pop-Diva. After awhile even black media began to jump on the “bash Bobby and Whitney” bandwagon. The mainstream media had carefully set the stage for an all out assault on this black family that would last up until today. Now I am not saying that Bobby didn’t help matters much with his run-ins with the law on occasions but yet and still their marriage was a target before it ever really got started. You see back in Whitney’s day she was being carefully groomed by her “handlers” to be more appealing to “white-folk” in general and pleasing in the sight of white men in particular. The term in the music industry is to have more “cross-over” appeal. This was evident with the release of Whitney’s second album (WHITNEY) in 1987 which was nothing but “POP-Music” (a.k.a crossover) with catchy tunes like I wanna dance with somebody. However, this was nothing new other female soul singers such as Diana Ross were whisked away from their initial black fan base into the wonderful world of Pop music also. But unlike Ross who courted not only the “white media and fan-base but ultimately white male love interest as well. Whitney Houston was apparently not interested in courting white America because in her heart and mind she was still that “soul singing” sistah from New Hope Baptist Church in NJ. Instead of buckling under the pressure of the media and so-called industry folks to divorce Bobby she became defiant and instead fought back like any good-wife would do in defense of her family. The real problem here is that the white media wanted “Whitney” for themselves. They were use to “cherry picking” the best and beautiful women from among African American music culture and transforming them into acceptable honorary white folk. Once Whitney resisted the media’s constant nudging and nagging to ditch Bobby they began to take their shots at her turning her from Pop-Diva to Pop-Tragedy seemingly overnight. Now this is not to say that Whitney’s alleged drug abuse and Bobby’s constant legal issues didn’t add fuel to the fire but how many marriages do we know that are perfect? Marriages are inherently flawed because people are flawed by nature. So why should we root and cheer for the demise of yet another black family falling apart? If, Bobby and his wife were to be blamed for anything it should be for basking too long in the spotlight cast on them by a fickle and mean-spirited media. They should have known that courting the media is like holding a snake by the tail. Sooner or later it is bound to turn on you.
La Reyna,
The BWE bloggers have their fingers in their ears while white men are yelling at the top of their lungs that they don’t want to marry black women. They just don’t want to hear it.
Take a look at the current post from the flirtatious married blogger. She is now telling black women to move out west because there are more interracial marriages out West. Never mind that those IR marriages are between whites, Asians and Hispanics and in fact the East Coast is better for BW in IR than the West Coast.
The typical black woman is just not welcome in the IR dating game. And since Hispanic and Asian men are even less likely to marry black women than white men, it really is a pretty hopeless situation.
I think the BWE bloggers are just saving face at this point. They are too embarrassed to admit that they were wrong to promote IR marriage as a viable option for black women.
Thanks for all the comments from the ladies.
HMM, I think there is a generally disdain for black people that has increasingly become worse.
I am 1 of the few black men in my programming class. This white kid literally breaks his neck to ask for help from an Hispanic person before he asks me.
Kissimmee Florida is majority of hispanic.
Society is very much self segregated.
It has become worse due to the economic climate.
My homeboy is taking a FedEX Internship for programming summer. Dude is one of the brightest black men I ever met.
Even he says “They just don’t believe black men can do anything exceptionally hard”.
I wish, I had time to do that internship.
Right now, I am going to work another job for the summer or work more hours.
Gas is really a pain. I work from home but food and everything is going up due to gas prices.
Speaking of the racial climate in America becoming worse…
Nike Foamposite Galaxy shoe release causes rioting at a Florida mall
Not again. In a situation reminiscent of the craziness that broke out in December when Nike released its retro version of a popular Air Jordan basketball shoe, police were called in late Thursday to break up a crowd that had gathered at the Florida Mall near Orlando in anticipation of the release of a new limited edition, glow-in-the-dark Nike shoe.
More than 100 officers in riot gear were needed to disperse several hundred people who law enforcement officials said became unruly as they waited for the $220 Nike Galaxy Air Foamposite Ones to go on sale. There were no arrests or injuries reported. The launch of the shoes were timed to coincide with this weekend’s NBA All-Star Game festivities in Orlando. The game is on Sunday night.
A similar scene played out at a Washington, D.C.-area mall early Friday where fans waited to get the coveted Nike Foamposite Galaxy shoes. Police in Hyattsville, Md., made one arrest, as the crowd there was estimated at over 100.
Early Friday, Foot Locker announced that it was canceling the shoe’s release at certain malls and stores. “Our priority is the safety of the community,” Foot Locker said in a statement.
But Gionvanni Mecado, a 14-year-old from Kissimmee, Florida, told the Orlando Sun-Sentinel he’s not buying the cancellation drama.
“I don’t even believe them,” Mercado told the paper.
Nike has had problems with riotous crowds before. In December, Nike’s retro Air Jordans release caused fights to break out at malls across the country. In Seattle, cops used pepper spray to subdue what they said were unruly sneaker-heads.
“Mobs are one thing,” Stephen Douglas wrote on TheBigLead.com. “Sneaker mobs are another. Nike needs to start making enough sneakers for everyone and stop releasing them at midnight.”

Gainesville High School Students’ Racist YouTube Rant Forces Girls To Leave School, Apologize
After two minors from Gainesville High School in Gainesville, Fla., posted a nearly 14-minute-long racist rant on YouTube, the girls are “no longer students at the school,” WCJB-TV reports.
(Scroll for video.)
Last week, eight police officers were brought to the campus in light of death threats the girls were receiving in response to their videos. The videos included comments like, “You can understand what we are saying, our accents, we use actual words. Black people do not.”
Gainesville High School principal David Shelnutt did not go into detail on the extent of the disciplinary action taken against the girls, but did tell WCJB that their comments were not welcome at the school.
“There’s no place for comments like that, that video here at GHS,” Shelnutt told the station. “There’s no place for that in the Alachua County Public School System, and my opinion, no place for that in society in general.”
Since the video went viral last week, the girls have experienced harassment and said they feared for their safety. According to one report by the Gainesville Sun, one of the students involved was hiding out at a relative’s house while her mother was at work.
“Our lives have changed totally, 180 degrees,” her mother told the paper. “This has made her an adult really quick.”
The girls and one of their parents issued a formal apology in the paper Monday:
“I am one of the girls who were in the racist video that got posted. I’m writing this so that I can tell people how truly sorry I am. I could never, in a million years, have pictured this happening with me involved. I wasn’t raised to hate people for their race, and I still don’t. I made a horrible decision in being a part of this video … ”
The girl also writes that she won’t make excuses, but hopes the community will eventually forgive her.
In another apology, the second girl’s mother says her daughter has gone into a depression following the backlash of the video, and hopes that the community will forgive her and end the harassment:
“While we can never take back the words and actions that these two children have said, we have to start to heal and forgive IMMEDIATELY. Stop the violent threats to our homes and our children, stop the anger, because this will solve absolutely nothing, and most importantly, look at yourself for change and love.”
According to the Gainesville Sun, the high school will wear orange, the color of racial tolerance, this week as a sign of solidarity.
The response to the girls’ videos echos sentiments of racial issues in school communities across the country.
Just last summer, 18-year-old Kymberly Wimberly of Arkansas filed suit against McGehee Secondary School after four years of nearly straight-As, honors and Advanced Placement classes had placed her at the top of her graduating class. The suit alleges that though she earned the marks, the school denied her valedictorian status because she is black.
A separate suit filed against a Minnesota school district last August claimed that a Red Wing High School homecoming event called “Wigger Day” caused a black student “severe emotional distress including depression, loss of sleep, stress, crying, humiliation, anxiety, and shame.”
“Wigger is a pejorative slang term for a white person who emulates the mannerisms, language and fashions associated with African-American culture,” the complaint explains. Students were encouraged to dress in oversized sports jerseys, low-slung pants, baseball hats cocked to the side and ‘doo rags.
Most recently in Norcross, Ga., a Beaver Ridge Elementary School teacher resigned after outcry over a third grade math assignment that used slavery examples in word problems. Parents were outraged at both the assignment and the school district’s response to the reports of those math problems, which included references to cotton, orange picking and beatings.
One problem read: “If Frederick got two beatings per day, how many beatings did he get in 1 week?”
On the other end of the spectrum, this sensitivity — or sometimes, lack thereof — seems to create a bit of an identity crisis among schoolchildren. Some black students say they feel ostracized for acting “too white.” One Connecticut middle school student said he was stabbed in the back with a pencil by a peer who thought he wasn’t acting “black enough.”

The main problem for black women is the media and their willingness to broadcast everything negative a black woman does.
There seems to be more scrutiny on a black woman doing something wrong than non black women.
This whole Mcdonald incident that happened.
Clearly, she had some type of substance abuse problem or mental illness.
But you see if she was white, they would have her on intervention with a hood over her face (the little white girl did that on intervention).
I read that article Airforce
The little white girls crying and begging.
That ass whipping was coming when they went back to school.
LOL
I figure they will be some black boys hos soon.
That white guilt is something else.
La Reyna
I think Bobby Brown wasn’t perfect. However, the public expected Whitney to be perfect.
That is the burden Bobby Brown had trouble handling. Not only is your wife on “dope”, she is a megastar.
Guess who they will blame when her life fucks up.
You will always get the blame no matter what.
This is just my honest opinion from dating black women in the black community from good families.
The burden is always on you. You constantly have to prove yourself.
I have pretty much dated church going black women, to upper class black women. The expectation is very high. If things are good, she gets the glory. If the relationship goes downhill you bear the blame.
As for young girls and their piss poor decisions.
I was in the chicken spot at Orlando. These 2 guys came in and sat down. I am eating my food.
Three chubby black girls come in, start flirting with the 2 older guys. I would say these guys were in their late 30s or so, clearly hustlers. But not the pants hanging off your ass hustlers. Basically the real deal.
I guess they were looking for attention. The older guys basically ignored them. This 1 girl was just up in their face while they ate. It was sort of disturbing. I don’t know if she was thirsty or what. She was trying to be “down”. Anyway, they ignored her.
They were like “bruh the allstar game coming”.
Basically these 2 guys were hustlers. They wasn’t hustling no damn weed that is for sure.
It’s hard to explain living in the South. The South is way different than up North.
In my opinion, Up north guys like to brag about what they do. I would say they are very flashy.
The South is hmm not exactly like that. Guys do showoff their “cars”. Most of the time they are very low key.
In the South, guys try to avoid conflict. Up North, negros just be fighting or shooting over bs.
The South hmmm, its hard to explain. They try to come to a resolution LOL. If it don’t happen, the guns come out. LOL Most of the time, they try to work out. They be like “bruh you know you wrong”. After that, things can go left real fast depending on what you say. LOL
The only difference with the South and up North. The amount of time you get for selling drugs.
You can easily do 3 or 4 years easy.
Back to the story, clearly young black girls are still attracted to dope boys. The allure might be the fast money and etc. To me its a lost cause at this point. Clearly, these young girls was walking around outside “too late”. They went looking for that. They want to get spanked that night.
I guess the homeys ain’t even feel like doing it. LOL Their chicken was more important. I thought it was funny.
My impression is they only fuck with black women with money. Most of the time that is all I hear Negros say.
If she don’t got no money ‘whats the point”?
Clearly the white and hispanic women give them money. I guess they can do it like that.
At the end of the day, I see many of them struggling in Orlando when the hustler goes to prison.
I guess these girls think he will “make it big” and leave the “drug game alone”. It just does not work that way.
It is sad state of affairs for young black women. I don’t know if their reputation can be cleaned up.
It is like they don’t even hide their money hungry.
It is very hard for me to think things will get better.
